
Randy Hatcher is the CEO of MAU Workforce Solutions, providing strategic leadership for one of the largest independently owned staffing and outsourcing firms in North America. Since joining the family-founded business in 1978, he has helped grow MAU from a seven-employee operation in Augusta, Georgia, into a diversified workforce solutions company with an international reach and eighteen office locations across multiple states.
With decades of experience in staffing, outsourcing design, and workforce strategy, Randy has expanded MAU’s capabilities across Office and Administrative, Professional, Executive, Technical, and Industrial sectors. He has also led the development of innovative outsourcing models in manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and employment services, along with implementing customized and validated assessment programs for international clients. His leadership philosophy emphasizes partnership-driven growth, continuous reinvention, and operational excellence to ensure long-term sustainability.
Randy has held progressive leadership roles within MAU throughout his career, culminating in majority ownership in 1999. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia and has completed professional training in ISO 9001 and 9002 standards, Predictive Index Management, and advanced sales methodologies. He is an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and the Chief Executives’ Organization (CEO), and a past member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Baker Hatcher is a third-generation family leader at MAU, Inc., continuing the legacy established by his grandfather, founder William G. Hatcher, Sr., and his father, Randall W. Hatcher, CEO. Since joining the organization in 2015, Baker has built a strong record of driving growth and innovation, helping expand the geographic reach, service offerings, and customer footprint across both the Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) and Technology Services (3Ci) divisions.
Throughout his tenure, Baker has held key leadership roles spanning operations and sales. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Client Services for 3Ci, following his role as Director of Business Development for MSC, where he led strategic growth initiatives and strengthened client partnerships. Prior to joining MAU, Baker developed his expertise in New York with Korn/Ferry International and PageGroup (Michael Page International), gaining valuable experience in global organizational consulting and professional recruitment.
Baker holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an alumnus of Leadership Georgia and Leadership Greenville and serves on the boards of MAU (MSC), 3Ci, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, and Augusta Tomorrow. He is also a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Andrea Densmore is President of 3Ci, the technology solutions division of MAU Workforce Solutions, where she is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and operational execution of the organization’s technology and talent services nationwide. Prior to joining 3Ci, Andrea served in a senior leadership role with Slalom Consulting, where she led large-scale technology modernization and data-driven transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held strategic roles with Macy's, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives that aligned technology investments with operational performance and business growth. Her expertise spans digital transformation, organizational strategy, data enablement, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. Doug Duncan is an experienced executive with deep roots in professional staffing, talent strategy, manufacturing and operational leadership. As President at MAU, he brings decades of experience guiding high-performing teams, managing P&L operations, and reducing business risks tied to workers’ comp and unemployment.
His leadership journey includes senior roles at companies like Sun Ergoline, Club Car, and Golf Augusta, as well as earlier experience at MAU leading industrial services. Doug is known for driving growth, building strong client relationships, and leading with a people-first mindset.
He earned his BBA from Augusta State University and holds executive education credentials from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Passionate about community involvement, Doug has served in leadership roles with local chambers, university foundations, and civic organizations.

Ed O’Neal is Chief Financial Officer at MAU Workforce Solutions, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy, reporting, treasury, payroll, IT systems, and risk management functions to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency. With over three decades of experience in financial leadership, Ed brings deep expertise in SEC reporting, cash flow management, supply chain finance, insurance programs, and construction industry financial operations.
Before joining MAU, Ed held senior financial roles at Salant Corporation and R.W. Allen & Associates, leading cost control, inventory management, and strategic planning initiatives. His professional experience spans budgeting, standard cost systems, factoring services, captive insurance programs, offshore manufacturing finance, and organizational risk oversight.
A Certified Public Accountant in Georgia since 1998, Ed holds a Master of Business Administration from Augusta University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. He has also completed professional training in ISO 9001/9002 standards and Predictive Index Management.

Lee brings 38 years of hands on experience in the staffing and recruiting industry to MAU. He has spent his career guiding teams and operations through various roles in sales and senior leadership. Lee and his wife previously owned and operated FutureStaff for over two decades. He served as the president of the company and built strong client partnerships until MAU acquired the business in 2017.
Community involvement remains a cornerstone of his professional journey. Lee served on the Fayette Chamber of Commerce Board and held the role of board chairman. He also contributed his workforce expertise to the South Metro HR Association Board and the Georgia Staffing Association Board. Today he continues his community focus by serving on the leadership board for The I58 Mission.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech. He successfully completed The Dale Carnegie Course and Sandler Essentials. He also maintains an OSHA Industrial Safety and Health Certificate from Georgia Tech to better support safe shop floor environments and facility operations.
Originally from the Washington DC area, Lee has called Atlanta home for over 45 years. He and his wife Cheryl have been married for 38 years. They live in metro Atlanta and enjoy spending time with their two adult children and three grandchildren.

For the last fifteen years, Jared has supported strategic accounts such as BMW, Kimberly Clark, Michelin, AFL, Magna, John Deere, Chick-fil-A, Robert Bosch, and GE Vernova to realize world class results with their workforce strategies. As Vice President of Talent Services for MAU, He oversees recruiting and site operations across the U.S. Additionally, Jared manages MAU’s Recruitment Marketing, Business Analytics, Corporate Marketing and Revenue Operations. Jared is an active member of the Greenville business community serving on manufacturing committees and is a Greenville County Workforce Development board member.
Jared’s professional interests are in business strategy, leadership development and technology enablement. His passion is to consult with Manufacturing Executives and Human Resource leaders to establish strong partnerships and enhance their company’s strategic initiatives at the crossroads of people, processes and technology.

Jim’s background in industrial leadership began at Milliken & Company, a globally recognized materials science and diversified manufacturer. His steady ascent through the organization—from Technical Recruiter to Recruiting Manager for the Robert Bosch LLC account to Regional Manager to Director and now Vice President—provides him with a unique, 360-degree perspective on executing high-impact talent strategies for global manufacturing and supply chain partners.
A native of Aiken, SC, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in German from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He has earned his Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and is certified in the PI Behavioral Assessment.

A native of Athens, Georgia, Drew earned his B.A. from Augusta State University, where he played collegiate baseball. Drew is an active leader in his church, a graduate of Leadership Augusta (Class of 2021), and serves on the CSRA Local Workforce Development Board.

Tim serves as Director of Safety at MAU Workforce Solutions. He leads MAU's enterprise-wide safety strategy across manufacturing, logistics, and outsourced operations. He oversees safety performance, OSHA compliance, and workers' compensation programs across multiple states and client environments.
Under his guidance, our teams achieved record-low incident rates and reduced our Total Recordable Incident Rate well below the industry average. Tim built and launched the MAU safety operating system. This framework includes the ICI Live platform to handle incident management, investigations, and training. He established scalable safety programs that work perfectly for traditional staffing, managed services, and outsourced operations models.
Tim focuses on finding the root cause of safety issues to reduce both the frequency and severity of workplace incidents. He relies on leading indicators and behavior-based safety practices to protect people on the shop floor. He also leads our workers' compensation program, delivering measurable reductions in claim costs, litigation rates, and overall program expenses.
Tim brings deep technical knowledge and a broad view of enterprise risk management to our partners. He earned designations as a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Risk Management Professional. He also proudly represents the staffing industry as a National Safety Council Delegate in the Business and Industry Division.

Jason Gay serves as Financial Controller for MAU, bringing more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience within the staffing industry. In this role, Jason leads key financial initiatives that ensure operational accuracy, advance corporate budget processes, and strengthen MAU’s systems for strategic planning, internal auditing, pricing, and negotiations. He champions process efficiency and reliability, supporting every department with actionable insights and clear reporting.
Over his career, Jason has progressed from financial analyst to controller, taking on expanded responsibilities and delivering value at every level. His leadership includes spearheading multiple payroll and billing software launches at MAU and earlier in his career with Kelly and Adecco. Jason also supports MAU’s international business efforts, contributing expertise in pricing, forecasting, budgeting, collections, and accounting close. His focus on business intelligence tools and financial planning software has equipped teams and partners with data-driven solutions for mutual success.
