MAU headquarters and leadership team — making lives better since 1973

Making Lives
Better Since 1973

Humble Beginnings

In 1973, William G. Hatcher Sr. founded our company with $500 and a vision. Guided by the values of respect, honesty, and responsibility, the business grew from a small operation into one of the country’s largest minority-owned (the Hatchers are part of the Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama) independent staffing and recruiting companies.

Now in our third generation of family leadership, we continue to honor that original vision. The tools and technology may have changed over the decades, but our commitment remains exactly the same. We carry this legacy forward, continuing to serve our partners, clients, and team members with the same honor and integrity that started it all.
