A core value of MAU is to empower the development of our people, and there is no better way to do that than through education. MAU fully supports our employees to continue their education and training, and gives aid to continue schooling. We also offer a scholarship through our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee called the Making Lives Better Diversity Scholarship to encourage students to continue their education.
