Establishing Transparency and Alignment Through Customized Reporting

Transparency and alignment were key elements of the hiring process. Clear and open communication amongst all stakeholders (hiring managers, site leadership, HR and the executive leadership team) regarding the openings and the hiring process was vital to ensure alignment on hiring progress and challenges encountered.
