William G. Hatcher, Sr., founder of MAU Workforce Solutions, passed away on Friday, July 12. Mr. Hatcher leaves us with the legacy he began forty years ago when he stepped out with his faith in God, $500, and a big dream. The company he founded has now grown to become one of the nation’s largest top diversity-owned temporary staffing, recruiting, and outsourcing companies. Under the leadership of Mr. Hatcher, MAU has created over 300,000 jobs.

Shouting and arguing is no fun at all. One question that often leads to arguments between little kids is: “Who’s responsible for this mess?” This question is typically followed by little fingers accusingly pointing in different directions joined by shouting and arguing. I call this the “Blame Zone.”
