For the sixth year in a row, MAU has received a supplier award from AgileOne, a global workforce management solutions company, for providing professional staff for the BMW plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
As the managed services provider for the contingent workforce program at BMW, AgileOne regulates and measures the performance of staffing suppliers through scorecards and key performance indicators that are specific to the program. Each year, AgileOne presents awards to top-performing suppliers to recognize the overall positive impact they have made on the AgileOne onsite team, contingent workforce, and client through quality recruitment.
AgileOne awarded MAU Workforce Solutions, as well as two other suppliers the Recruiting Excellence Award for 2018. These three companies represent the best of AgileOne’s active suppliers in 2018.
MAU successfully recruited and hired contingent workers in the areas of Engineering, IT, Industrial Maintenance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and other Professional disciplines. This award affirms that MAU’s service delivery team continues to find, place, and retain high-quality talent despite a rapidly changing job market and record lows in unemployment.
One of MAU’s Core Values is teamwork. In all projects, MAU works together as a results-oriented team, and the award-winning success with AgileOne was largely based on a team effort. MAU congratulates everyone who helped make this award possible. A special thanks to Laurie Herron, Brittany McDaniel, Jamie Ford, Emily Mosser, Paula Cobb, MAU’s Greenville branch, as well as the MAU on-site team at BMW.
“We are honored to have received recognition from AgileOne for the sixth year in a row. Given an exceptionally tight labor market with unprecedentedly low unemployment rates, I am proud of our team for sustaining growth and momentum, and adapting to the needs of our clients,” said Jim Sheehan, MAU’s Director of Professional Services.
Laurie Herron, MAU’s Client Engagement Manager in Upstate South Carolina, has lead the MAU recruiting team that supports AgileOne for the past six years. In 2016, Laurie earned her CCWP-Certified Contingent Workforce Professional, an accreditation designed for HR, procurement, MSP solution providers and others who manage corporate contingent staffing. To become certified, individuals must demonstrate knowledge of contingent workforce management strategies and best practices.
