MAU Workforce Solutions is proud to receive the 2016 Program Supplier of the Year award from Agile-1, a global workforce management solutions company, for its work to provide staffing solutions for the BMW manufacturing plant in Spartanburg, SC. As the managed services provider for the contingent workforce program at BMW, Agile-1 manages and measures the performance of staffing suppliers through scorecards and key performance indicators that are specific to the program. Each year, Agile-1 recognizes top-performing suppliers within the BMW program that consistently exceed expectations. 2016 is the third consecutive year that MAU has received the Supplier of the Year award.

As part of MAU’s contingent workforce growth strategy, Laurie Herron, MAU’s Client Engagement Manager for Agile 1/BMW, recently earned the CCWP designation, Certified Contingent Workforce Professional. This designation validates her knowledge and expertise in the rapidly changing world of contingent workforce program management.
After receiving last year’s award, MAU’s Director of Professional Services, Jim Sheehan said, “We are truly honored to be recognized by Agile-1 as the Program Supplier of the Year. We look forward to continuing and growing our partnership with Agile-1.” Through the hard work of everyone on the MAU Agile-1 teams, we were able to do just that! It is a true accomplishment to have received this award from Agile-1/ BMW for three consecutive years. This award helps serve as validation that MAU’s service delivery team continues to find, place, and retain high quality talent in Engineering, IT, Industrial Maintenance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and other Professional disciplines.
